IMAX Theatre

The iconic "Imax Theatre" which includes "The Ribbon" Luxury Hotel, presented some very significant and complex fire rating challenges, with 1.8mtr long electrical penetrations behind Main Distribution Boards with no direct access. The solution for this item involved fitting two layers of fire rated batt underneath the slab from below, then wrapping the massive cable bundles below the slab and then going to the level above and wrapping the cables from above as well.

Whilst this project was very challenging, Advocate Industrial provided a fully compliant solution, further proving their passive fire expertise.
